The Ellis County Historical Society (ECHS) has membership and sponsor guidelines for those that support preserving our history in Ellis County. We invite you to become a part of ECHS, a 501 (c) 3 organization, through a tax-deductible sponsorship. We list our sponsors by category in our publication, The Homesteader, as well as in guides to our special exhibits and events. Sponsors will receive courtesy copies of our mailings. In addition, your business will receive a certificate of recognition that is suitable for display.
Because of the past support from Ellis County businesses, we are able to preserve irreplaceable historical photos, documents, and artifacts. We are also able to pass on our history through school tours, out-of-state bus tours, traveling exhibits and special events such as the annual Pioneer Day, ECHS Historic Bus Tours, and the annual Christmas Open House. Your support is vital and we hope we can count on you.
